Jefferson County Sheriff's Department Evidence Storage Building Fultondale, AL

Project Summary: The project is for the construction of an evidence storage building (+/-22,500 sf) for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. The building is constructed of fully grouted CMU load bearing walls with steel roof structure and concrete roof deck. Interior walls consist of fully grouted CMU and light gage metal stud/gyp board. All CMU walls will contain rebar in every cell. The project also include both fixed and movable storage shelving, four garage bays with coiling doors and all associated site and MEP, FP work indicated in the bid documents.
