This project is the full renovation of an existing wood frame and CMU masonry, one-story building of approximately 1,559 sf. In general, the renovation includes: selective demolition, new roof sheathing and metal roofing, exterior sheathing, fiber-cement siding, added windows and doors; general public restroom finishes of epoxy flooring, tiled walls, painted MR gypsum ceilings; new toilet fixtures, accessories, and partitions.
