UNC Chapel Hill Campus Wide Envelope Repairs Chapel Hill, NC

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  The project consists of building envelope repairs to 4 different buildings - Michael Hooker Research Center (Base bid), New East, New West, and Playmakers Theater (Add Alternates), located in Chapel Hill, NC.  The scope of work includes wood cornice repairs, masonry removal and replacement, historic wood treatment, roofing work, plaster work, painting and related repairs.  The project includes all other work as shown, indicated, or reasonably impied n the drawings and/or specifcations.
