We are a General Contractor bidding on new construction of an Express Oil Change located at 2803 Highway 77, Lynn Haven, FL 32444. Bids are due Monday, November 03, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Please confirm receipt and let me know if you plan to bid this project. SURVEYORS - Please fill out the attached Surveying Scope of Work - this will be your bid. STRIPERS - Please include pressure washing to your bid only where striping is to be done. Submit all bids to bdunn@devierway.com. Bid Qualifications: 1. Please include pricing for the French drain system around the oil pit that ties into the storm drain system. 2. Price pit excavation separately from other work. 3. Base bid to include cut of 2' at all parking areas and 4' of import fill as defined in the Geotech Report. 4. Base bid to include 2' of structural fill at building pad per the Geotech Report. 5. Utilize crushed concrete as a sub-base in lieu of limestone rock. 6. Base bid to include timber piles as designed in the Structural Drawings. 7. Overhead Doors to include chain hoists. 8. Provide Unit Costs for cut/haul unsuitable soils and import fill/compaction.
