Instructions For Bidders:

We ask that you please provide us your scope of work at least 24 hours before the bid due date and time. This will give our estimating department ample time to review your scope of work so that any and all questions pertaining to your proposal can be addressed before the bid letting.

TLC is not liable for any missing, altered or otherwise inaccurate information pertaining to the bidding documents. This bid planroom was created for no other reason than to act as a tool to assist in the bidding process for both subcontractors and suppliers who wish to team up with TLC in an effort to perform work together.

We highly encourage that you review in detail all of the associated documents/information pertaining to your project of interest before submitting your bid. This includes, but is not limited to, drawings, specifications, addenda, site visits, etc.

Project Description:

Scope of Work:

The Work consists of, but not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all appurtenances related to the following: (A) Sludge Holding Tanks: Demolition of existing drop pipe aeration mixing system; Installation of coarse bubble wideband diffusers and associated appurtenances; Demolition of two (2) raised, corrugated aluminum covers. Installation of four (4) flat aluminum walk on covers; Instrumentation for sludge level and process air flow monitoring; (B) Vapor Phase Odor Control System: Demolition of the existing biosolids odor control system; Installation of a dry media adsorption (activated carbon) odor control system and associated appurtenances for treating foul air from the four (4) existing sludge holding tanks; (C) Liquid Phase Odor Control System: Installation of fabric awning canopy system and associated appurtenances to cover the existing VX-456 liquid phase treatment, chemical storage tanks, metering pumps, instrumentation equipment and control panels; (D) Truck Loading/Storage Area: Provide spray gel application system as specified on Drawing G-00-05, Note 7 All work shall be constructed in accordance with the Bid documents.
