NCDOA Dobbs Building Raleigh, NC 5th Floor Renovations

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:  The project is a 1445 sq. ft. renovation of 4 office spaces and a new conference room with new walls, paint, new ceiling, and floor finishes. Some asbestos floor abatement in the areas of renovation will be included in the project.  Scope of work also includes Fire Sprinkler, HVAC and Electrical modifications.

SITE VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED ON TUESDAY, 10-21-25 AT 2:00 PM AT THE NC UTILITIES COMMISSION OFFICE DOBBS BUILDING 5TH FLOOR.
