DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:  This project includes selective demolition of locker rooms, bathrooms, and offices at the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities Field Office to rearrange for a new layout of rooms and doors. The trades involved in this project include, but are not limited to: Demolition, masonry, structural steel, metal fabrications, architectural millwork, quarts countertops, joint sealants,  doors/ hardware, glass & glazing, aluminum interior doors, mirrors, gypsum board walls, acoustical ceilings, painting, certamic tile, resilient flooring, epoxy, painting, lockers, wall protection, fire extinguishers, toilet compartments, toilet accessoreis, residental appliances, window treatments, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.

PREBID:   TUESDAY - 10-21-25; AT 10:00 AM - 1550 S. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DRIVE, WINSTON-SALEM, NC  27107  (Please park in the first lot on your left when turning off MLK Drive.)
