Construction of a new Dutch Bros Coffee. The scope is for the building and dumpster corral only. The sitework is all by the developer. Our scope will start inside the curb that surrounds the building and dumpster. The building is a stick-frame structure supported on grade beams. The building will feature wood trusses for its roof, which will be covered by a single-ply roof system. The exterior will have a stucco, Nichiha, and brick facade with storefront and hollow metal openings. The interior will have stick-framed walls, drywall, plywood, paint, FRP, tile, & acoustical ceilings. There will be electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as well.
