This project is the renovation and addition at an existing automotive dealership. The scope of work consists of but is not limited to: site demolition, building demolition, grading, storm drainage, erosion control, water, sewer, asphalt paving, site concrete, curb and gutter, fencing, landscaping, building concrete, masonry, foam fill insulation, structural and misc. steel, wood blocking and nailers, wood base, millwork and countertops, TPO roofing including the existing PEMB, standing seam roofing, metal wall panels (ACM by the Owner), stucco, EIFS, fluid applied air barrier including behind the ACM, waterproofing, joint sealants, fire caulking, hollow metal, wood doors, door hardware, storefront and curtainwall, 1/2" glass by CR Lawrence, window film, all glass sectional doors, Rytec doors, Cornell 2-hour fire-rated shutter, louvers at the Enclosure, metal stud framing, drywall, FRP, acoustical ceilings, polished concrete, epoxy, sealed concrete, ceramic tile, carpet, vct, vinyl base, interior and exterior painting, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, Lula lift, plumbing including gas piping, HVAC, electrical, and full building fire alarm system.
