Project Summary:  Project involves significant site and facility improvements for the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation. Includes construction of a new precast concrete vault restroom building, reconfiguration of entrance and new parking areas with asphalt and permeable paving, new overlook facilities, installation of stormwater systems, precast modular block retaining walls, and updated park signage and site furnishings.
