Renovation of an existing grocery store into a 24,176 SF Sprouts Farmers Market. The scope includes demolition, poured-in-place concrete SOG, miscellaneous steel, stainless steel, rough carpentry, millwork, insulation, caulk/seal, install hollow metal and finish hardware, glass/glazing, framing and drywall systems, ACT, epoxy flooring, ceramic and quarry tile, painting, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems.
