ELS Construction would like to invite you to bid for the Removery-McKinney/Uptown project in Dallas, Texas. A commercial tenant improvement including, but not limited to, new HVAC system, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, lighting, power and data, interior partitions, finishes, furniture, and equipment. Storefront construction to remain. See plans for full extent of work. Project is tentatively scheduled to begin Monday December 12th, 2022, with a completion date of Friday, January 27th, 2022.
