A commercial tenant improvement including, but not limited to, new HVAC system, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, lighting, power and data, interior partitions, finishes, furniture, and equipment. Storefront construction to remain. See plans for full extent of work. Project is tentatively scheduled to begin Monday, October 17th, 2022, with a completion date of Friday, December 2nd, 2022.
