JMW is in initial pricing stages and negotiations for the construction of the Englewood Senior Living project and is currently looking for subcontractor and supplier bids for all trades as required. The Englewood Senior Living Apartment Community is a new 5 story building with 160 units and 15,000sf of retail and a precast parking deck located at 505 Englewood Ave, Atlanta GA, 30315.  The units are a combination of one and two bedroom units ranging from 744 to 1,107 SF with conditioned corridors.  There is elevator access, trash chutes and collection, and communal laundry areas provided on each level.  Indoor resident amenities include a fitness center, wellness center, computer center, and a community/multipurpose/theatre room.  Outdoor amenities include an exterior gathering space as well as a vegetable garden.  The project also includes 15,000 sq feet of 2-story retail space along Englewood Ave.

Scope includes but is not limited to site demo, site grading, erosion control, site storm drainage including CMP detention structure, utilities, site concrete, curb & gutter, asphalt, granite curbing, aggregate piers, ground improvement systems, excavation shoring, concrete foundations, slab on grade, elevated concrete podium construction, cementitous.gypkrete with underlayment, precast parking deck, masonry-CMU and exterior brick, exterior precast cladding, misc steel, structural steel, brick angle, lintels, stairs, balcony and porch railings,  Rough Carpentry, wood framing and sheathing, trusses, interior finish carpentry, interior corridor rails, amenity cabinets and countertops/millwork, misc interior trim, foundation waterproofing, joint sealants, traffic coatings, insulation, spray foam insulation, cementitious siding, EIFS, doors, frames, hardware, retail and amenity storefront, residential vinyl windows and balcony doors, glass/glazing, mirrors, drywall, metal framing below podium areas, ceilings, RC1, drywall finishing, ceramic tile, LVT in (unit living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms), corridor and amenity carpet and other finishes, underlayment for podium units as needed, misc specialties, toilet accessories, unit medicine cabinets, unit mirrors, signage, canopies, fabric awnings, fire extinguishers, misc equipment, unit cabinets-plywood, and plastic laminate tops, blinds and window treatments, trash compactores, appliances, elevators, trash chutes, sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC.Mechancal, Electrical, low voltage systems, voice & data, security, vehicular and pedestrian access control, ERRC/BDA system per code, etc, etc.
