This project consists of a new 15,000 s.f. one-story addition to existing Malcom Bridge Elementary School consists of steel frame structure on concrete foundations that will be erected on the Northwest side of existing school building; scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following: site work, concrete flat work and site retaining wall, structural steel, exterior masonry, metal and TPO roofing, painting, finishes, metal and wood doors, and hardware installation, toilet partitions, installation of plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems and replacement of the existing intercom system.
