Project Description: This proposed project consists of the construction of a new multi-story 36,638 SF. (non high-rise) commercial building and site development. The building is slab-on-grade, with steel frames, concrete decks, masonry veneer, and storefront windows construction, and fully water sprinkled by an automated system. Each interstitial floor consists of steel bar joists and concrete decks. The roof consists of steel trusses and membrane systems. The building consists of covered parking, locker rooms, cafeteria, and offices. Vertical building circulation is provided by two (2) stairwells and one (1) elevator. The existing building is in a Flood Hazard Area.
