Project Description: The work of this Contract includes all labor and materials necessary to complete all work required for the Roofing, Insulation, Siding and Roof Ventilation Systems at Pearl Drive Family Housing Phase 3 for the Winchendon Housing Authority in accordance with the Contract Documents as prepared by Roy S. Brown, Architects, subject to additions and deductions according to the terms and conditions of the Contract. Included under the scope of work of this section is the replacement of any existing construction damaged during the course of the job.  Budget $800,000.00.
