Project Description: This is a new 3-story142,020 SF storage facility that we are bidding open shop. We anticipate that this work will start sometime in July 2023 and take approximately 11 months. We will need the following trades to complete this project. We will need concrete, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous wood blocking, waterproofing, EIFS, TPO roofing, caulking/joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, storefront, drywall, structural metal stud framing, drop ceiling, sealed cement flooring, polished cement flooring, painting, toilet accessories, elevators, fire sprinklers, plumbing, hvac, electrical, fire alarm, earthwork, asphalt, concrete curbing, striping, landscaping, irrigation, fencing and site utilities
