Project Description:  Fit out of the 11th floor of the World Bank I Building (31,400 sqft).  ADD Alternate : Pricing for 2,4 & 5 floors to be completed in same fashion based on sqft. 82,650 sqft.  ADD Alternate : Pricing for 6,7&8 floors to be completed in same fashion based on sqft, 96,600 sqft.  ADD Alternate : Pricing for 2, 4 &5 floors to be completed in same fashion base
