Project Description: This project is an open remodel. All interior work will be done at night after the store closes with daily cleanup. Parkway Construction is the GC on this project. Construction is scheduled to start June 19, 2023. We are updating interior finishes and adding a video wall and LED dance floor. This will include remodeling the Restroom. Trades include: Concrete Saw Cutting, Trim Carpentry, Rough Carpentry, Storefront Doors, EIFS resurfacing, Drywall/Metal Stud Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Ceramic Tile, Carpet Labor, Interior Painting, Texture Patching, Drywall Finishing, Plumbing, & Electrical.
