Description:

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Albany, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and service station / car wash facility. The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner," on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), ("Using Agency"), will accept sealed bids for the project entitled Diesel Equipment & Auto Collision Demonstration Center in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.

This project will consist of Partial interior renovation of the existing automotive technology and diesel equipment shops/labs.

GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
