Fairfield Harbour Clubhouse- New Bern, NC

The project consists of a new 14,600 sqft one-story clubhouse building located on a roughly 9.3 acre site, and includes a grand hall and lobby for large events, a catering kitchen, a lounge space with bar, the POA offices, and additional meeting rooms for the Fairfield Harbour community.  The building is classified as Assembly and Business use for a single tenant occupancy.  The structure will be slab on grade with wood framed walls and prefab wood trusses, and exposed heavy timber trusses in the grand hall. The construction type will be combustible, Type V-B, sprinklered.
