Extra Space Storage Allen, TX

We expect this to start some time in May and will take between 8 and 12 months to complete. We will need the following trades to complete this facility: concrete, masonry, structural steel, structural cfmf, millwork, fluid applied water proofing, insulation, weather barriers, EIFS, ACM panels, roofing, fire stopping, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, storefront, lockbox, drywall/non-structural metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring(vct, rubber flooring, sealing concrete), painting, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, storage unit finishing, canopies, window shades, Otis elevators, fire sprinkler plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, earthwork, erosion control, pavement markings, landscape/irrigation and site utilities.
