Marketing Alliance Group Dalton, GA

This project includes exterior upgrades to the facade and approximately 18,107 SF of interior renovation/buildout of new offices and new restrooms on floors 1 and 2 in the existing distribution warehouse at the Marketing Alliance distribution facility located in Dalton, GA.

Project Clarifications:

1. All trades – Provide breakout cost associated with work at the plant restrooms, these will be a priority and start first.

2. Civil drawings are not available to be determined when they will be available. This work will be performed in a later phase of the project.
