The project scope is:  Complete site work improvements with utilities (0.99 ac disturbed) to include site item demolition, asphalt, concrete paving, striping, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans, and specifications within documents.  New wood framed, structural steel flooring, wood truss supported building, asphalt shingle roofing with included finished sales space. Basement area 1461 sf with Service area 1481 sf – Total area is 2,942 sf.  Exteriors finish includes fiber cement and stone veneer with cornice details.  Interiors include stained concrete, paint, sealed concrete, wall framing, drywall, ceilings, FRP diamond plating and full MEP’s.
