Clarendon Co. Emergency Operations Center Manning, SC

Project consists of construction of a 10,112 GSF Type II-B Emergency Operations and 911 Communications building, constructed with CIP concrete, CMU masonry & structural steel, clad in brick veneer & aluminum metal panels, with standing seam metal panels and modified bitumen roofing systems, impact rated storefront, interior finishes, MEP and Fire Protection with Emergency generator/ATS/UPS systems. The occupancy classifications of the interior spaces are B - Business, A-3 - Assembly, & R-3 - Residential. The project includes all necessary sitework, utilities, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Minority Business participation is encouraged but not a requirement of the Bid Docs.
