Scope as follows: 1. General Construction: Site preparation, earthwork, paving (asphalt and concrete), water, storm, and sanitary sewer systems. Building construction with cast-in-place concrete, wood framing, metal roofing, and cement siding. Interior build-out with drywall, tile, painting, and finish carpentry. Installation of FRP and wood doors, aluminum windows, hardware, and glazing. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including HVAC, temperature controls, and fire alarm systems. 2. Specialized Features: Toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, flagpole, signage, and louvers. Custom casework and finish hardware.
