Project Description: The Work consists of demolition of existing sloped glass curtain wall roof and

towers, replaced with a new steel framed, low sloped roof system. The project includes new cur-
tain wall system, steel / metal framing, metal deck with rigid roof insulation. The exterior finishes
are architectural metal panel and EIFS veneer. New gypsum board wall systems and soffits will
be constructed, along with new acoustic lay-in ceiling systems and new lighting. Mechanical, and
fire suppression systems will be modified to accommodate new ceilings, along with new roof
drains leading to adjacent storm drainage.
