You have been invited to submit a proposal for a new ground up Publix #1740- Summers Corner in Summerville, SC. The work includes all site work, utility installation, deep foundations (Aggregate Piers), DOT widening, new Publix grocery store, 9,600sf retail building, site lighting, landscaping, and irrigation. Building pricing should be broken down in the following categories: 1. Publix Box 2. Publix Façade 3. Retail Shops All plans, specifications and exhibits shall be reviewed in their entirety. Bids are due Monday, October 20th, 2025 at 2:00 pm EST. All bidders shall acknowledge they have read this Invitation to Bid and have included the scope listed herein. Approximate project start date is scheduled for mid November 2025.
