PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This is a negotiated project to remodel the existing 154,520 SF Walmart in Niceville, FL.  We will also be adding a 2,160 SF expansion for online grocery pickup.

**There are currently some missing sheets in the drawing sets (OPA3, OPSE1).  We have submitted an RFI to the architect and will send out a notification once the sheets become available.  Please let us know if you find any other discrepancies in the meantime.**

There are 3 sets of drawings for this project.  
One set is for the remodel of the existing store, one set is for the expansion, and one set is for the civil work.  
Please be sure to review all drawing sets when preparing your bid.

All remodel work is to be performed at night after the close of normal business hours (typically 9pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday).
Work at the expansion can be performed during normal daytime hours.
