We are a General Contractor bidding on new construction of an Express Oil Change located at 8462 Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, AL 36117. Bids are due Monday, October 20, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Please confirm receipt and let me know if you plan to bid this project. ***Surveyors – Please fill out the attached Surveying Scope of Work – this will be your bid. ***Stripers – Please include pressure washing to your bid. (This is for before you start striping) Bid Qualifications: 1. Please include pricing for the French drain system around the oil pit that ties into the storm drain system. 2. Price pit excavation separately from other work. 3. Base bid should include soil remediation allowance of $50K to be utilized as needed based on soil conditions noted in the Geotech Report. 4. Provide unit costs for cut/haul unsuitable soils and import fill/compaction.
