This project involves the interior renovation of approximately 2,300 square feet of medical space on the 2nd floor and 8,200 square feet on the 3rd floor. The scope of work includes selective demolition, new interior finishes, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Additionally, the project will incorporate structural steel modifications to support new rooftop units (RTUs).
