Project Description:

The project consists of interior and exterior renovations to an existing historical building. All work shall retain and/or match this historical character of the building. The project shall include, but is not limited to selective demolition, new roofing, exterior wood repair and repainting, masonry repointing, door and window replacement, flooring removal and replacement, and the removal and replacement of an existing elevator.
