This project invite is for a ground-up 180,000 SF Walmart Supercenter. Please review the "Special Conditions" Report for the scope of work we (Walmart GC) are to perform and what the developers site contractor is doing. There is also a "Hand Off Plan Coordination" drawing in the Civil documents for reference (sheets C8.0 and C8.1) that help clarify the work for the Walmart GC to include/exclude.
