High Point Tennis Center Plano, TX

The project involves site demolition, concrete, masonry, metal works, utilities, and exterior improvements for a recreation facility upgrade. Scope includes demolition and removal of existing tennis and pickleball courts, fencing, bleachers, and lighting poles. New construction consists of reinforced concrete sidewalks, trails, parking areas, dumpster slab and foundation, and CMU wall installation. Metal works include new aluminum bleachers with roof canopy, steel shade structure, safety bollards, and fencing modifications. Site improvements include new ADA-compliant ramps, striping, signage, and textured acrylic color surfacing for tennis and pickleball courts. Utility work includes installation of new fire line, stormwater piping, steel pipes, and associated concrete drop inlets and trench drains.
