This project involves a new one story restaurant building with a food hall, covered outdoor dining patio, and food truck park. The indoor food hall will include two permanent indoor fast casual restaurants, commissary kitchen, and craft cocktail bar. The project will involve a new parking lot, site work, and utility connections to the building.

The civil plans show but are not limited to grading and baserock for new concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and pavers at the back patio & stage area. Minor demolition will be needed to remove the existing driveway and construct a new driveway entrance, along with the removal of several trees.
