It is the intent of Hendrick Automotive Group to develop both buildings concurrently; however, contractors are advised to also price the project assuming that only one of the two buildings will be constructed initially. Please price a deduct for only constructing one building (Building 1) but also an estimated cost to build the second facility (Building 2) at a later date, taking into consideration re-mobilization, general conditions, anticipated cost escalation, etc. Hendrick Automotive is seeking to determine the most cost-effective method to construct these facilities, understanding that both may not be needed initially.
