Morrow Police Department Precinct and a VFW Lodge Morrow, GA

Reface three (3) existing buildings and build out a two-level Community Center around an existing steel frame with a 2nd level poured concrete floor that is already standing. The plan calls for open lower space, an atrium, and on the second level, a Police Department Precinct and a VFW Lodge separated by a hallway. This will include the installation of a rooftop HVAC unit and an ADA compliant lift to the 2nd floor. The construction will begin immediately after the bid is awarded.
