Addendum 3 has been issued and the bid date has been extended to Monday, June 12, 2023 at 12:00 pm.

Description: The project work consists of the construction of a Publix grocery storeroom (store #1892) of approximately 48,387 sf with, 11,200 sf of retail shop spaces, and various site items, including site lighting.  The bidders are required to visit the site to become familiar with all conditions prior to submitting a bid.  The general contractor will be responsible for the construction of all buildings, coordinating with the site work contractor including the temporary access roads and staging areas as required for the project's construction, and certain other construction activities on site.   All permits, meter fees, impact fees and other development fees will be paid by the developer.
