This project is the interior and select exterior demolition and demising of the old BILO Grocery store and at 2435 East North St. in Greenville, SC. 

The project consists of the selective demolition and new Tenant Fit Out for a 24,750 SF Sprouts Farmers Market. The scope includes selective demolition, termite treatment, poured-in-place concrete SOG, miscellaneous steel, stainless steel, rough carpentry, millwork, insulation, caulk/seal, install hollow metal and finish hardware, glass/glazing, framing and drywall systems, ACT, epoxy flooring, ceramic tile, painting, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems.
