Renovations of two existing buildings, removal of one existing building, new construction of one building and site improvements and upgrades on existing site. Trades included but not limited to: Demolition, Concrete (Cast-in-Place, Rigid Paving), Masonry (Stone, CMU), Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Wall Panels, Roofing (TPO & Standing Seam), HM Doors/Frames, Sectional Doors, Storefront, Drywall & Metal Framing, Stucco/Plastering/EIFS, Painting, Tiling, Canopies, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Communications, Fire Alarm, Subgrade Prep, Landscaping, Irrigation, Site Utilities. Ground-up building in Area D will need to be priced separately from remodel work in Areas A, B, and C. Texas Remodel Tax will apply to all work in Areas A, B, and C.
