This acquisition may result in the award of a Design-Bid Build (DDB) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction Contract for Building 795 Chiller Lines. Building 795 is occupied by Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Naval Air Station (NAS), Jacksonville, Florida. Building 795 consists of approximately 53,000 sq. ft. of single-story area and approximately 4,800 sq. ft. of two-story administrative area. The goal of this project is to replace the chilled water piping for the process systems and HVAC systems and the compressed air system for Building 795. The scope

of the work will include replacement of chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Variable Air Volume Boxes, chilled and hot water piping systems, air distribution systems, pumps, controls, air compressors, and compressed air piping.
