The Project consists of two new construction buildings and site improvements. Building A is a one 24,977 square foot, one story pre-engineered metal building, 37 feet in height, fully sprinklered that will serve as a Retail and Office facility with an attached Repair Garage for construction and excavation equipment. Building A’s exterior enclosure is various profiles of metal wall and roof panels, coiling overhead vehicle doors, ACM wall panels, and aluminum curtain wall systems. Building B is a 2,597 square foot, one story pre-engineered metal building, 25 feet in height, non-sprinkled that will serve as a wash-down pad for the equipment rental fleet with associated equipment room and water processing structures and equipment. Building B’s exterior enclosure is metal wall and roof panels. Both buildings are constructed on a cast in place reinforced concrete foundation. Site improvements include grading, concrete site paving, stormwater control measures, underground utility services, site lighting, site fencing and vehicle access gates.

NOTES:

• There will be a brief, non-mandatory site visit on Tuesday, March 19th, from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm at the project site for those interested.
