• Layout, Light Gauge Metal Framing, GWB Assembly, In-Wall Blocking, Insulation, GWB Finish (Level 4), Paint, Wallcovering

• Installation of Owner Provided Frames, Doors & Hardware

• Installation of Owner Provided Millwork

• Installation of GC Provided Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguishers

• Acoustical Ceilings

• Woodworks Grille

• Flooring Including Installation of Owner Provided Flooring

• Roofing Penetrations

• HVAC (RTU’s Furnished and Installed by LL Shell GC)

• Plumbing Including Installation Of Owner Provided Plumbing Fixtures.  Furnish and Install Domestic Water, Sanitary Sewer, Compressed Air and Vacuum.

• Medical Gas

Electrical Including Installation of Owner Provided Light Fixtures and Sub-Panel ‘A’ (Panels ‘M’ & 'B' Furnished and Installed by LL Shell GC)
