Chatham County Multi Agency Public Safety Facility Savannah, GA

Construction of a 85,000 sf two-story metal-framed building with associated paved driveway/parking areas for Chatham County’s Public Safety Department.  The building has been designed with survivability standards

and seismic hardening including utility redundancies and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Moreover, a communications tower on the southwest, and a one-story building for City of Savannah at the southeast of the project site are proposed for future construction.
