RW Allen invites you to bid on the PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken. This project will be ground up construction of a new 55,000 sqft facility just outside the Aiken.The bid date for this project is April 18th, 2024 by 5pm.

The site is currently forested and will require clearing and grading, new site utilities, stormwater and retention pond, retaining wall, paving, curb and guter, striping, landscaping and irrigation.

The new building will have shallow concreet footings, slab on grade, second floor slab on deck, masonry screenwalls, structural steel framing, cabinetry and countertops, TPO roof, extirely EIFS exterior with patterns and panels, spray fireproofing, HM doors and frames, wood doors, curtain wall with automatic opening doors, storefront, hardware and access controls, metal stud and drywall, ACT and gyp ceilings, resliient flooring, walk off carpet and carpet tiles, and hard tile floors, toilet accessories, curtain track, fire extinguishers, lockers, and narcotics security, appliances and foodservice install, elevator, sprinkler, HVAC and plumbing, electrical, low voltage, data, fire alarm, and rescue assistance system.
