Mavis Tires #2111 Union, SC

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project is a competitive bid for the ground-up construction of a new Mavis Tires & Brakes in Union, SC.  

.  The tentative construction start date is 05/13/24.  
.  Please be sure to review bid set drawings, design bulletins, and project specifications.  
.  There is also an additional document for Site Work Requirements with more details pertaining to the building slab, curb & gutter, underground utilities, and paving/stone base.

Notes from the Owner:
.  A couple of notes from the due diligence period: The amount of undercut required will be somewhat dependent on final site grades and finished floor elevations. It is critical that the CMT Firm be present during grading to identify problematic undocumented fill and soft/very loose materials that need to be removed and replaced. For budgeting purposes, we recommend an allowance for up to 100 cubic yards of soil haul off and import to replace any poor-quality soils encountered during construction ($5k)
.  Condition of Delivery: The Premises shall be delivered as a rough graded pad, with all necessary utility services, including, without limitation, water, gas, telephone, electricity, and sanitary sewers, which shall be available at the property line of the Premises in a location acceptable to Purchaser (without any separation, division or gap between utilities and the boundary lines of the Premises), without Purchaser having to incur any expense expect customary tie-in-fees.
