• Installation of Owner provided acoustical Ceilings

• Installation of Owner provided Woodworks Grille

• Flooring Including Installation of Owner Provided Flooring

• Roofing Penetrations

• HVAC (RTU’s Furnished and Installed by LL Shell GC)

• Plumbing Including Installation Of Owner Provided Plumbing Fixtures.  Furnish and Install Domestic Water, Sanitary Sewer, Compressed Air and Vacuum.

• Medical Gas

Electrical Including Installation of Owner Provided Light Fixtures and Sub-Panels ‘B’ & ‘L’ (Panel ‘A’ Furnished and Installed by LL Shell GC
