Christian Brothers Auto Lumberton, TX

This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Lumberton, Texas. 

     The site involves clearing, grubbing, tree and fence removal, erosion control, excavation, utilities, concrete paving, stamped concrete at front entrance, concrete curbs, sidewalks, concrete dumpster pad and approach, brick veneer masonry on block dumpster walls, and landscape & irrigation.

     Addendums #1 thru #6 from 2022 must be included in your quote if applicable.

     The building includes concrete foundations, concrete slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, wood trusses, shingle roof and small membrane roof, insulation, storefront, Overhead Doors, Low Wall Glass Film, Signage, Telephone & Data, Concrete Epoxy Polishing, and Dumpster Gates are all from National Accounts, casework, tile on restroom walls & tile flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. Finish Schedules are on sheet A-2.1.
