The new construction of a two-story public building with offices and a community center, the demolition of the existing building, site improvements, and civil work. The project will tentatively begin in Summer 2024 with a 14-month duration to completion. IMPORTANT - E-verify compliance for all subcontractors is required. E-verify is an internet-based system that serves as a tool for employers to verify the legal status of their workers, helping to maintain compliance with immigration and labor regulations. Subcontractors will also be required to conduct Background Checks, at their expense, for each of its employees having access to the property before commencing the work.
